1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users and customers who use the website wagz.at or purchase NFTs and services provided by Wagz.

2. Services

We offer NFTs as digital access passes to the Wagz community. These are not financial products or investment advice. The focus lies on community, utility, and experience.

3. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded once you complete a purchase and we confirm it. The NFT will then be transferred to your wallet.

4. Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and own a compatible wallet. Any misuse is your own responsibility.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in USD. Payments can be made in USD or cryptocurrencies at the equivalent USD value. You are responsible for gas fees.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital. After successful payment, the NFT will be transferred to your wallet.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As this concerns digital goods, no right of withdrawal applies once delivery has started.

8. Rights

You receive the contractually agreed usage rights. Copyright and personality rights of the artists remain unaffected.

9. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for blockchain failures or market price fluctuations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions if necessary. Changes will be communicated in due time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Wagz GesmbH.
